III. INFORMATION COLLECTION AND USE

Able Artist Foundation collects your personal information when you register with Able Artist Foundation and/or create an Able Artist Foundation web access account, and may combine information about you that was received from business partners or third-party affiliates.

When you register with Able Artist Foundation or sign in to use our services, you are not anonymous to us. In order to register for our services, we request personal information from you that we may store, such as your name, address, email address, date of birth, gender, and disability status. We also request from you proof of your disability, which may encompass protected medical and health information.

IV. CHILDREN UNDER AGE 13

Any person who wishes to use the Able Artist Foundation website(s), products or services, or create a web access account must be 13 years of age or older. The services that Able Artist Foundation provides are not generallyintended for use by children under the age of 13. Thus, Able Artist Foundation does not knowingly collect personal information from children under that age.

In the event Able Artist Foundation discovers that a child under 13 has provided personal information to us, we will make all reasonable efforts to delete such from our servers. Able Artist Foundation does make reasonable efforts to ensure security through the use of physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards in compliance federal law. This includes ensuring compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) regarding the security of any medical and health information that you may provide to Able Artist Foundation.

Access to your personal information is limited to Able Artist Foundation employees who have a need to do so in order to properly perform their job duties or to provide you with the software products and services that you have requested from Able Artist Foundation.
